C&C [removed phone] upgraded and well furnished. Harken furler. Very nice main with guide lines, 135 jib in excellent newer condition. Self tailing wenches. Fresh water supply with faucet in head and galley adjacent companionway hatch to starboard. Port side of companionway has well insulated built in icebox with vhf radio mounted above and chart area on surface. Interior upholstery is very nice, attractive and clean. Has dinette table that folds into double bed. Sleeps 5 total, 3 aduts in relative comfort. Teak and holley cabin sole. New hand finished tiller handle. Has auto tiller with remote which is easy to employ and operated regularily for hands off cruising. Simrad auto tiller can be operated remotely by corded remote control which is included, still in box. Newer and efficient Yanmar 12 h.p 2 cylinder diesel inboard runs perfectly. Extensive drive shaft, packing, cutlass bearing and propeller replacement just completed at the same time fresh bottom paint was applied. All through hull openings are bronze, not plastic. Complete running lights and deck illuminating spreder lights function properly as does interior cabin lights. Overall appearance is very good and interior space is clean and very comfortable. Bimini is installed. Has nice anchor with ample chain rode for gulf waters. This is a boat that is truly ready to utilize and is sailed each week and kept in a slip in Hudson, Florida. All work was completed late june 2014.this pocket cruiser will not dissapoint. Deck is solid everywhere and hull is sound to take wherever you are comfortable sailing.
